Peter ist Partner und Leiter der Total Rewards Practice von Deloitte Consulting in Deutschland. Er ist verantwortlich für die Beratung von Kunden in den Bereichen Vergütung, Mitarbeitervergütung, Pensionen und anderen Total Reward Themen.
Darüber hinaus leitet er das deutsche M&A-Human-Capital-Team, das sich sowohl mit Due-Diligence-Fragen als auch mit funktionsübergreifenden Post-Merger-Integrationsprojekten (Change, Organisationsdesign, HR-Integration, Kommunikation) beschäftigt.
