Peter Devlin is a Partner and Head of Benefits & Compensation at Deloitte Germany. He advises clients on all aspects of total rewards (pensions, compensation, job architecture, Salesforce Compensation). He has many years of cross-industry experience, also on an international level. He also leads the Human Capital M&A team in the EMEA region, which deals with due diligence issues as well as post-merger projects.
