Daniel Wisgalla is the Global Head of Talent, Culture & Inclusion Solutions for Swiss Re, based in Zurich, Switzerland. In his roles he oversees all strategic projects in the area of DEI, talent management, learning and leadership development. He joined Swiss Re six years ago and previously led talent management and leadership development for APAC. Prior to Swiss Re, Daniel was working in management consulting for Kienbaum in Germany and the US, as well as for Deloitte in Switzerland.
